What to Have Ready
A five-minute conversation usually settles the design and gets you a firm number. It goes fastest with:
- Your address or neighborhood — most rooflines can be measured from satellite imagery plus a drive-by, so you rarely need to be home for the quote.
- Property type — single-story, two-story, business, or HOA common area.
- What you'd like lit — roofline only, or trees, shrubs, garland, and wreaths too.
- A look you love — warm white, multicolor, or a photo of a display you'd like to match.
- A target date — if lights must be on by a specific day (Thanksgiving is the classic), say so and the schedule is built backwards from it.

What Happens Next
- We talk through the project and you get a free, firm quote.
- You pick an install date — October and early-November dates go to early bookers.
- An insured local crew installs, maintains all season, and returns in January for takedown. You hire and pay the installer directly; our referral costs you nothing.
